He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Ramsey and Berniece Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Ramsey (French); his son Bryan J. Ramsey of Columbia, MO; his stepson Rodney Smith of Texas; and his siblings, Larry Ramsey (Jeanne) of Conroe, TX, Karen Patton (David) and Rita Peden (Ron) of St. Joseph, MO. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Green Valley Baptist Church of St. Joseph.
