He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Silvey and Hazel Silvey (Smith); his wife Nancy Irene Osborne; his daughter Jodie Ward; and his siblings, Carl Silvey, Betty Estes and Shirley Clary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ronna Clark (Andy), Melissa Richie (Patrick) and Christine Duncan (Scott); his grandchildren, Ryann Summerford (Phil), Derek Summerford (Shawna), Jessica Summerford (Jaime King), Hunter, Camden, Heaven Richie, Drake and Baylor Duncan; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Rylan, Shelby and Scarlett; and his siblings, Bill Silvey, Bobby Silvey, Charlotte Saxton and Ilene Webb. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
