He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wade and Revah Wade (Scott); and his sister Virginia Walker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tilbury; his children, Dr. Scott Wade (Rhonda), Nan Farrell (Jay) and Chris Wade (Karolin); his grandchildren, Katie Bishop, Sheldon Farrell, Ayla Vulgamott, Rhea Wade, Jane Wade and James Wade; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Macklin, Jaxon, Bowen, Andie, Jethro and Jolene; and his sister Sharon Johnson (Jay). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Ashland United Methodist Church, Mosaic Life Care Hospice, Angel Flight Central, or the St. Joseph Animal Shelter.
