With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Dale Moppin of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Troy, Kansas, who passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Moppin and Lloyd Moppin; his wife Martha "Joanne" Hahn; and his siblings, Robert, Paul, Kenneth, Gary Moppin, Esther Coats and Ilene Rich.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Moppin (Brenda) of Savannah, MO, Charles Moppin of Easton, MO, Roy Moppin (Terri) of Osborn, MO, Linda Sticken (George) of Savannah, MO and Sarah Moppin of St. Joseph; and his close friend Jean Blakely. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
