It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby M. McDowell of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence McCall and Bessie McCall (Chesser); her husband Earnest Franklin McDowell; her sons, David McDowell and Earnest Franklin McDowell, Jr.; and her grandson Daniel Jackson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matt, Kimberly Richardson, Scott, Jennifer Jackson, Stacy, Amanda Quinn, Sylvia Peterson, Rachael and Wyle King. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorial contributions to 3 Rivers Hospice in St. Joseph.
