She was predeceased by: her mothers, Myrtle Nussbaum (Jacobs) and Helen McDowell (Brooks); her daughter Patricia Lee Jacobs; her grandson Caleb Graham Smith; her nephew Gerald Allen Jacobs; Albert Leroy Jacobs.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Jefferson (Bob); her children, Cynthia Ann Smith (Tayne) of Overland Park, Kansas and Jefferson Lowell Jacobs; her grandchildren, Dianna Lynn Jacobs, Jefferson Lowell Jacobs II (Catherine) of Kansas City, Kansas, Matthew Edward Jacobs (Laura) of Grain Valley, Missouri and Tayne Alexander Smith II; her nephew Mark Leroy Jacobs of Kansas City; and her niece Linda Ann Jacobs of Arlington, Washington.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of floral arrangements, memorial donations are suggested to be directed to St. Jude Children's Cancer Hospital in Kansas City or the Reading Program at Lathrop Elementary School in Lathrop, Missouri.
