Though Shannon may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Schildknecht (Smith). He is survived by: his father John Schildknecht of Savannah, MO; and his siblings, Randall Schildknecht (Brenda) of Amazonia, MO, Sheila Thorburn (Chuck) of Savannah, MO, Mark Schildknecht (Karen) of Savannah, MO and Kelli Latham (Allen) of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by thirteen nieces & nephews, seven great nieces & nephews, and one great-great niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (500 E Pawnee St, Savannah, MO 64485). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
