We are sad to announce that, on May 7, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Shirley A. Rhoades of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Auburn, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Cacy and Mabel Cacy (Dixon); and her siblings, Beverly, Bobby Rex and Harold Lee.
She is survived by: her husband James Arthur Rhoades; her sons, James A. Rhoades II and Alan Rhoades; her granddaughter Robyn Rhoades; and her sister Jackie Sue.
