Shirley A. Grubbs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley A. Grubbs of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 19, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Shirley farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Shirley is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Muster and Dollie Muster (Stiers); and her husband Robert T. Grubbs.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel (3609 Frederick Ave, St Joseph, MO 64506). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (3137 Beck Rd, St Joseph, MO 64506).
