With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley C. Maddox of Saint Joseph, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew R. Hockaday and Iva H. Hockaday (Conant); her stepfather James Broce; and her siblings, Adlee King, Frances Roberts and Floyd Ford.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Keller (Dan); her grandchildren, Bub Keller (Amy) and Shelly Haeker (Eric); her great grandchildren, Austin Haeker (Shelby), Cody Haeker (Jess), Tyson Keller and Calli Keller; and her great great grandchildren, Olen and Adaley Haeker.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Mosaic Life Care Hospice.
