It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruth Radley in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Grace Milne (Bailey); her daughter Joan Marie; her husband Ed; and her brother Harrison.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Lewis of Savannah, MO and Larry Radley (Shelly) of Universal City, TX; and her brother Dr. Jay Milne (Susan) of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
