He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia David and Marlin David; and his brother Michael David. He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Farquhar (Bill) of St. Joseph and Randy David (Janet) of Sedalia, MO; his daughter Jenny Rice of St. Joseph, MO; his nieces and nephews, Nick Farquhar (Kelsey), Nikki Case, Kelly Yarnell, Patrick David and Nathaniel Brown; and his sister-in-law Paula David of St. Joseph.
