He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Moyer and Louise Moyer (Willmore); and his brothers, Michael J. Moyer and Dennis J. Moyer. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Moyer (Patty Root); and his stepson Jeff Woodbury (Deann).
