He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Shaw and James Shaw; and his brother Ronald James Shaw. He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Shaw; his sister Linda Jensen (Terry) of Grant Fork, IL; his children, Heather Lamp (Zach) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Matthew Shaw (Angie) of Iowa City, IA; and his grandchildren, Nick and Katie.
