She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie G. Kepner and Edna A. Kepner (Rodney); her husband Rob Meers; and her siblings, Teddy and Jenny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Wilson (Mark) and Cori Davis (Scotty); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Rachell, Brandon, Dallas and Karsen; her pet Sam; and her siblings, Terry (Angie), Erik (Jennifer), Mark and Tracy (Alvie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
