She is survived by: her husband Robert; her mother Patricia Brinegar (Leonardo); her siblings, Cindy Moore, Shelley Martin and William Brinegar; her children, Samantha Swearengin (Stoney) and Jimmy Adair; her stepchildren, Crystal Young and James Young; her grandchildren, Cidney, Makenzee, Remy, Timothy, Raven, Kaylynn, Azalea and Christopher; and her great grandchild Kihgan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Children's Mercy Hospital.
