She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Andrews. She is survived by: her father Gary Andrews; her sister Jennifer Wood (Jason); her nephews, Cody, Phoenix Wood and Jayben Hinckley; and her niece Britney Wood. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Mental Health America (MHA) for mental health and homelessness in Tammy's name.
