He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Richey and Dorothy Richey; his daughter Marsha Kay Richey; his grandparents, Oscar, Ethel Perkins, Paris and Trilby Richey; and his brother Jack Richey (Janetta).
He is survived by: his sons, Gregg Richey (Nicole) and Danny Nelson of St. Joseph, MO; his brother Gary Richey (Zola) of St. Joseph, MO.; his caregivers, Renee Carpenter (Mike), Cherokee Carpenter and Andrew Gillpatrick of St. Joseph, MO.; his grandchildren, Alexis Conklin (Aaron), Austin Nelson, Zack Nelson and Seth Richey; his great grandchild Jerricho Conklin; and his uncle Vern Perkins. He is also survived by Father and reunited with his daughter, parents, and family.
