He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Mullins and Jim Mullins; and his siblings, Gary Mullins and Teresa Beocieno. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Mullins of Topeka, KS and Aaron Kincaid of Kansas City, KS; and his brothers, Danny Mullins and Robert Mullins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
