He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane Fields (Holub) and Dr. Howard Fields; his brother Trent Fields; and his brother-in-law Michial Kepner. He is survived by: his wife Reva Jean Magner; his children, Heather Fields (Aaron Adrian) and Clayton Fields (Wendy); his grandchildren, Juniper Adrian and Ginger Fields; his sister Trudi Kepner; and his nieces, Holli Spielbusch (John) and Kandi Kepner.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to First Christian Church or Sertoma International Speech and Hearing Project, Blood Cancer United, or The American Stroke Association.
