He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Johnson and Leonard Johnson; his daughter Ebony Nicole Johnson; and his siblings, Gilbert, Leonard, Joseph Johnson, Ernestine Thornton, Olive McNeal and Jean Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Tamara Johnson; his children, Vanessa Atkinson (Dequince) of Kansas City, MO, Patricia Johnson (Donna) of Omaha, NE, Timothy Johnson Jr. (Izetta) of St Joseph and Faith Mabion of St. Joseph; his sister Doris Massey of St. Joseph, MO; and his sister-in-law Pat Stillman of St. Joseph. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504).
