Tobin Lee Pulley Obituary

Tobin "Toby" Lee Pulley 72, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, July 10, 2026 at his home. He was born August 28, 1953 in Craig, MO, son of the late Dorothy and Forrest Pulley. He worked at Wonder Bread for many years. Toby was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Patricia Pulley-Ramsier. Survivors include: his companion, Tonia Fox of the home, his siblings: Steven Pulley, Marilyn Pulley-Auxier, Mark Pulley, and Portia Taylor No services are scheduled at his time, Cremation under the care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
