Tom McClain Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 21, 2026, at the age of 83, Tom McClain (Saint Joseph, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George McClain and Julia McClain (Walkup); his wife Judith McClain (McClard); and his grandson Wyatt Allensworth. He is survived by: his wife Debbie McClain (Consolver); his children, James "Tom" II McClain (Teresa), Camille McClain and Kristin Powell (Jack); his grandchildren, Tommy III (Taylor), Tim (Sarah), Tanner (Danielle), Hayley (Dalton), Trenton (Summer), Nicholas, Saryn, Chase, Brennan and Caden; his sister Patty Hoyt; and his niece Elizabeth. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Joseph Christian School or the Family Worship Center.
