He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Pankiewicz and Josephine Pankiewicz (Klein); and his brothers, John and Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Julia (Emma), James, Mary (Ryan), Melanie (Kyle) and Christopher (Kelsey); his siblings, Margaret (Robert), Michael (Teresa), Theodore and Marilyn; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Sofia, Felix, Patrick and Louisa.

Donations in Tom's memory can be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, the Freudenthal Center for Parkinson's Disease, or Interserv.
