He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Allen and Lorene Allen (Miller); and his daughter Caci Shelton. He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Davis (Doug), Jeanie Eidson (David) and Bob Allen (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Baylee and Kamryn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
