He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shutts and Cresia Shutts (Head); and his wife Betty Lou. He is survived by: his children, Larry Shutts (Katherine), Tony Shutts, Jr. (Sharon) and Terry Good (David); and his grandchildren, Steven Shutts, David Shutts, Christopher Shutts, Matthew Shutts, Ryan Good and Neely Carpenter. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choice.
