He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patty, Buddy Keith, Albert and Margot Tranchilla. He is survived by: his parents, Melanie Keith and Kenneth Keith; his sister Amanda Proulx (JP) of Kansas City, MO; his sons, Carter Keith and David "Junior" Kelderman; and his nephew Huxley Proulx (Marie Dones).
