He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kyle "Kip" Hornsby, Jim and Debbie Ratliff. He is survived by: his parents, Audrey Hornsby of St. Joseph, MO and Donald Ratliff of Gladstone, MO; his siblings, Luke, Abbygail, Emmilyn Ratliff, Oliver and Wyatt Hornsby; his great-uncle Lonnie Hornsby of Cameron, MO; his uncle Josh Ratliff (Winter); and his grandmother Donna Hornsby.
