She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman William Bluhm and Anna Caroline Bluhm (Rocker); and her husband Clifford Bower. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Adams (Dave), Melinda Hopper and Marleah Rodriquez (Paul); her grandchildren, Eric Hopper (Raquel), Crystal Seeger (Jeff), Heather Hopper, Amy Kellison, Cameron Adams (Jenny) and Rusty Rodriquez (Coleen); her great grandchildren, Dillon Woolston (Roxanne), Stevi Way (Jordan), Logan Hopper (Kylie), Wynter Rodriquez and Chazzer Kellison; and her great great grandchild Parks Woolston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5005 Frederick Ave, St Joseph, MO 64506).
