She is survived by: her children, Rachel Carender (Nicholas Earlenbaugh) and Levi Fraze (Camalee Hefty); her mother Beverly Micheal (Charlie); her siblings, Barbara Howard and Michael Howard; and her grandchildren, Alexzandria Carender, Gibson Hefty and Adalee Hefty.
