She is survived by: her mother Rowena Atkins; her husband Chuck Chavez; her children, Toshia (Donnie), Sean (Sarah), Ashley (Garrett) and Lindsay (Justin); her grandchildren, Darian (Drew), Taylor, Haylie, Ashlin, Xavion, Kaden, Kamryn, Seany, Kindsay, Cruz, Jett, Olivia and Max; her siblings, Billy (Karen), Jeff (Claire), Greg (Julie) and Liz (Bob); and her aunt Ida. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.

The family suggests memorial contributions to Community Christian Church or Kadens Kloset.
