He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Kapp; his daughters, Pamela Clark and Paula Bunse; his granddaughter Tami Holman (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Presleigh and Haleigh; and his great great grandchild Hayven. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
