He was predeceased by: his father William J. Fasching. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Fasching (St Joseph); his significant other Debbie York; his close friend Debbie York; his sister Kathy (Bill); his aunt Connie Fasching; and his close friend Rudy. He is also survived by niece, Kara Behan, Florida; and nephew.

Contributions may be made in Billy's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
