He was predeceased by : his wife Barbara Jean Bailey; his parents, Joan Lee Moreno (Pitcher) and Clifton Bailey; and his brother John Paul Bailey. He is survived by : his daughter Marie Ross (Steve) of St. Joseph, MO; his grandchildren, Eric, D'Angelo and A'leah; his great grandchildren, Tez'lynn, Eric III, A'mira and Teddy IV; and his siblings, Wesley, Leonard, Doran, Alberto Moreno (Yolanda) and Mayla Moore. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
