He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. Scott and Louise M. Scott (Voth); his former wife Nancy Lou Craig; and his siblings, Margaret Sandusky, Dorothy Barnes, Francis X. Scott and Thomas E. Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Hoecker (Brian), Bill Scott, Jr. (Patty), Kent Scott (Cindy) and Mary Fogle (Ron); and his sister-in-law Marilyn J. Barnes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations to a charity of the donor's choice.
