He was predeceased by: his parents, John Owens and Nora Owens (Johnson); his wife Coni Arneson; his siblings, Bob and Linda; his sons, Steven and Jeffrey; and his great grandchildren, Jennifer and Madelynn.
He is survived by: his sister Betty; and his children, Joyce (Robert) and John (Lisa). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family has requested memorial donations to Grace Calvary Chapel.
