William Slentz Obituary

As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Slentz; his son William "Billy" Slentz (Sarah); and his grandson Liam Patrick Slentz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory (5005 Frederick Ave Suite A, St Joseph, MO 64506). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Friends of the Animal Shelter of St. Joseph.
