She is survived by: her children, Dallas (Karol VanHorn), Kelly (Daniel Deems), Shannon (Tina VanHorn) and Angela VanHorn of Butler, MO.; her grandsons, Corey (Andrea), Dalton, Cody and Grant VanHorn; and her great grandchild Georgia Mae VanHorn.
