He is survived by: his parents, Winfred Dale and Mary Alice Wells (Holt); his children, Audrey Wells and Caleb Wells; his siblings, Chuck Wells (Kim) and Debbie Berning (Bob); and his close friend Ronda Mayhew Stanart.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to a Memorial Fund to be established by the family.
