He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Joseph Klefisch; his grandparents, James Melton, Marie Klefisch and Norman Klefisch; his cousin Jason Klefisch; and his uncles, Jim Donaldson and Thomas Melton.

He is survived by: his mother Janet Lee Klefisch (Melton); his girlfriend Chelsea Cook; his children, Autumn Klefisch, Logan Cain, Jesse Cain and Kayleigh Cain; his sister Ashley Kelfisch; his grandmother Elsie Melton; and the mother of his child Ashley Eno. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunt and uncles, other relatives and many dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a fund that is being established for his daughter Autumn.
