He is survived by: his children, Jaiden Mulherin, Kayleigh Green, Kaylin Green and Oakley Green; his partner Angel Lin of St. Louis; his parents, Kim Bassham (Scott) of Leslie, MO and Marty Green of Villa Ridge, MO; his grandmothers, Donna McMahan (Jim Minor) of Louisiana, MO and Marge Green of Jackson, MI; his sister Kourtney Hartry (Jack) of Marthasville, MO; and his stepsiblings, Jordan Bassham (Sarah Michaela) of Villa Ridge, MO and Jaimie Bassham (Cody Brown) of Union, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
