With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Lowe of Saint Louis, Missouri, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lowe and Betty Lowe (Meebus); and his brother Charles Bittner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Brubeck; his siblings, Deborah Nelson, Sharon Vaughn, Larry Bittner, Eric Bittner and Cat; and his children, Cisco and Sasha. He is also survived by his wife, friends, family and the friends.
