She is survived by: her husband Robert Maddox; her children, Scott Maddox (Gigi), Melanie Henrich (Frank), Chris Maddox (Stefanie), Marc Maddox (Michelle), Rob Maddox (Sarah), Jill Green (Jared), Craig Maddox (Marianne) and Kevin Maddox; and her siblings, Jim (Linda), Lorry (Lincoln), Nancy (Paul) and Randy. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, extended family and numerous friends.
