She is survived by: her spouse Lynn Cook; her children, Aaron (Timeri), Adam and Elizabeth Cook; her grandchildren, Aidan and Raelie; her sister Susan Meyer (Bill); her children, Scott, Alex and Jamie; and her grandchildren, Maggie, Addie, Will, Drew and Ben. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
