He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Brennen, David and Ryan; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Emily, Lydia, Lux and Mark; his sisters, Kim, Cindy, Missy and Linda; his friends, Ray, Pam Wilson, Rick and Tracy Allman; and his pet Maddie.
