He is survived by: his children, Phillip Puzzo (Patricia), Antonio Puzzo (Debra), Eva Harlan (Rory), John Puzzo and Peter Puzzo; his grandchildren, Jennifer Moon (Randy), Stephanie Puzzo (Justin Lowrey), Christina Puzzo-Brown (Marcus Brown), Philip Puzzo, Antonio Puzzo (Stephanie), Melissa Puzzo (Stephon Werner), Crystal Love, Jodi Skidmore, Jessie Harlan (Julio Lopez), Joseph Harlan, Jonathan Puzzo, Zachary Craig-Puzzo (Lexi Craig), Dominic Puzzo and Addison Puzzo; his great grandchildren, Madison, Charlotte, Dominic, Felix, Isabella, James, Fae, William, Ayida, Kaden, Tyler, Rylee, Jordon, Haydn, Brady and Braylee; his brother Donald Puzzo (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Mardel Puzzo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, their families, cousins and friends.
