It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arline Bouligny Clark of Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Haessel Bouligny and Velva Bouligny. She is survived by: her husband Allen Clark; her daughters, Linda Paunicka (Jim), Carol Clark and Susan Brinkley (Ron); her grandchildren, Jacob Brinkley (Julia), Zackery Brinkley (Rachel), Rachel Paunicka (Erik Lancaster), Sarah Paunicka and Emily Welker (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Lucy and Morgan.
