She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Ward and Juanita Ward; her daughter-in-law Joanna Pellegrini; and her brother Michael Ward. She is survived by: her husband Charles Pellegrini; her children, Daniel Pellegrini and Laura Gayer (Andrew); her grandchildren, Connor, Nolan, Sophie, Jack and Ryan; her sister Donna Kleiman; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Ward and Betty Organ (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary (6464 Chippewa St, St. Louis, MO 63109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Ambrose Catholic Church (5130 Wilson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110). A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
