She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Whiteside; her parents, Joseph Sappington and Hazel Sappington; and her siblings, Mayron, Richard, Joseph Sappington and Beulah Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Whiteside, Sherlyn Whiteside, Regina Martin (Thomas) and Douglas Whiteside (Tracy); her grandchildren, Troy Wyatt, Teah Griffin (Kevin), Coby Feltner (Leanne), Shawn Young (Jeff), Toree Williams (Zac), Loren Goudreau (Rick), Jacob Martin, Carson Whiteside, Mason Whiteside and Nolan Whiteside; and her sisters, Berneece Hardin and Barbara Ryer. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
