He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Roberta; his parents, Alfred DeRousse and Maryann DeRousse; and his children, David (Karen), Stephanie (Tim), Jess, Sami (Danile) and Marnie (Mark Sr.).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Michel Funeral Home (5930 Southwest Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
